  2. Any cancellation request received less than 7 business days before the end of the current service period will be considered as a cancellation for the next service period.
Refund Policy:

  2. The validity of the refund request will be determined after a thorough investigation of the reasons provided. It's essential for clients to provide genuine reasons accompanied by appropriate proofs.

  4. Refunds for transactions made via credit card will be credited back to the original credit card used during the purchase. For payments made through payment gateways, the refund will be processed to the same account.
